Full job description

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a bar manager or supervisor in a busy bar.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and team management, with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.

We are a busy craft beer, music and food Based pub. Knowledge in craft beers or the local music scene a big bonus.

Duties

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to company policies.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending with a strong knowledge of beverages especially craft beers and Cider.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
