Are you passionate about residential property law and looking to take the next step in your legal career? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Property Paralegal to join our dynamic team at our offices in Sheffield .

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate (dependent on notice period)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of residential property conveyancing including maintaining meticulous records and accounts. Your role will involve effective communication with clients via email and telephone, handling client enquiries, and preparing and submitting SDLT Returns and HM Land Registry applications. You will review title and property documents, prepare contract packs, conduct research, and manage various administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking candidates with previous experience in supporting fee earners on all aspects of Residential Property conveyancing matters. You will also have a strong academic background, including GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics. Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, and a team-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy are also required.
