About the Role

Role Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual learner needs and project goals

Support participants in developing practical skills, confidence, and creative portfolios

Track and monitor learner progress, including managing documentation for work experience (WEX) and placement records

Provide one-to-one coaching and pastoral support to help participants overcome barriers to engagement
-
Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and partner organisations to coordinate meaningful placement opportunities
-
Maintain accurate administrative records and contribute to regular reporting and evaluation activities
Qualifications
-
Qualified to level 3 or above in a relevant technical area

English and maths to a minimum of level 2

Full clean driving license
