About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual to join our Doncaster team on a temporary basis to cover for maternity leave.

As a Perrys Prep Co-ordinator reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you can expect to cover a wide range of tasks, from producing job cards, ensuring correct documentation in the job packs, costings for work and parts, Motability claims, recalls and diagnosis sourcing, time critical warranty work and managing prep technicians workload.

About you:

Self-Starter with the ability to work under own initiative, adapt quickly and problem solve as circumstances change at short notice.
Excellent administration and organisational skills.
Be able to use computers with confidence and the ability to organise and prioritise work.
Experience of Key Loop, Service Box and Auto Data or similar is preferred.
Will understand vehicle parts terminology, part relevance and be familiar with repair processes.
