Salary: £51,903.28 – £56,372.47 + car allowance

Our homes span every decade from the 1890s to the present day, offering a unique and varied environment to work in. As a Service Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a truly diverse housing portfolio — gaining invaluable experience, expanding your skills, and further developing your career.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring all BVT homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include delivering BVT’s replacement kitchen and bathroom programmes, as well as overseeing works to ensure cost efficiency, quality outcomes, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role will also give you the chance to build and nurture strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders. As a valued member of the team, you’ll contribute to delivering a highly regarded maintenance service while shaping and growing both the role and your professional journey.
Candidate Profile
You will be values-driven and focused on delivering great services.
- You will have proven experience managing operatives in a repairs and maintenance service and delivering customer-focused kitchens and bathrooms.
- You will require strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety,
- You must have the ability to lead, motivate, and influence.
- Be customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
- You’ll need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
