About the Role
You’ll play a key role in the strategic development, coordination and successful delivery of our National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) and wider professional learning programmes, working closely with schools, course facilitators, delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and strategic professional with strong skills in stakeholder management, communications, marketing and digital strategy, financial acumen and operational leadership, who can support the growth of the Alliance through effective promotion, relationship-building and the development of new income-generating initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Grow our high-impact professional learning offer
- Lead the smooth coordination of programme delivery, ensuring participants, facilitators, schools and partners receive a professional and positive experience.
- Use communications, marketing and digital strategy to strengthen engagement, raise the profile of the Alliance and support recruitment targets.
- Build strong relationships with schools, partners and stakeholders, representing the Alliance with confidence at key events and forums.
- Contribute to the growth and sustainability of the Alliance by supporting income-generating opportunities and helping manage programme budgets effectively.
What we’re looking for:
- A highly organised, proactive and positive professional with strong communication, planning and customer service skills.
- Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to support programme growth, identify opportunities, understand financial implications and turn ideas into effective action.
- Confident skills in digital marketing, social media and communications, with the ability to promote programmes clearly and professionally across a range of channels.
- A collaborative problem-solver who can use initiative, work independently and contribute confidently to a high-performing, values-led team.
- Not necessarily a background in education but experience of strategic leadership, professional learning, training or business support, with the confidence to transfer skills to an education environment.
