Overview
We’re looking for an Office Administrator to support both our sales and marketing teams with day-to-day operations, data management, and reporting.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided, ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and looking to build a career in a commercial, fast-moving environment. The role plays an important part in ensuring our CRM data is accurate and our reporting supports key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

Adding new opportunities and updating records within our CRM system (Pipedrive)
Maintaining high standards of data accuracy and consistency across all records
Supporting the sales team by keeping opportunity pipelines up to date
Assisting with weekly sales forecasting and reporting
Producing weekly and monthly reports for internal teams
Assisting with general administrative tasks across the business

Skills and experience

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Clear and professional communication skills
A proactive and reliable approach to work

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience using a CRM system (such as Pipedrive)
Exposure to reporting or data management tasks
