Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer and partner enquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
Assist with billing queries, account changes, and service updates.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Log and track customer interactions using our bespoke in-house built CRM system.
Support customers with understanding their usage, charges, and options.
Help build lasting customer relationships through professional, helpful service.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in customer service is desirable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A calm, friendly, and professional manner under pressure.
Great attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Basic computer literacy (CRM experience and proficiency with the Google Suite is a plus).
Experience in utilities or the water sector is desirable, but not essential.
