The Role:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to work directly alongside our Commercial Director - someone who has the right mindset, energy and drive to contribute to a growing sales team and make a real difference from day one.
This is not a role that requires years of experience, it is a role that requires the right person. Someone who is hungry, consistent, and genuinely excited by the idea of building a career in sales. You will learn how to become a top salesperson: from hunting new business, to building and managing international accounts.
You will be supported, challenged and developed every step of the way. But you will also be expected to show up with passion, ownership, and resilience. We are not hiring for skills. We are hiring for traits.

Who we are:
The Women Automotive Network, is a global community of 50,000 from 100+ countries, dedicated to elevating and connecting women and allies across the automotive industry. We host Summits in Detroit, Europe, and Mexico, as well as year-round initiatives, such as a mentorship program, virtual event series, and local meetups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high volumes of calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach with current Network members and new business enquiries
- Outbound sales hunting: research target companies, identify the right decision-makers, and book discovery calls
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to close, with consistent follow-up and clear next steps
- Keep the CRM updated after every interaction: logging calls, notes and next steps accurately
- Working closely with the Commercial Director on strategy, and supporting their pipeline

What we're looking for:
We are genuinely open to candidates with little or no formal sales experience. A degree is not required. What matters is that you have the right traits: energy, resilience, ownership and the drive to have a career in sales.
Useful, but not essential, a background in any of the following: B2B sales, recruitment, media or event sales, membership or partnership sales, or any high-volume outbound role where you had to communicate, persuade or build relationships.
What we offer:
- Base salary £24,000–£34,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped Commission on every deal you close
