Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Services Team Leader to oversee our customer support operations. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient and professional support is provided to clients.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage escalations effectively, resolving complex issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries.
Maintain comprehensive records of team activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

Requirements
