Production Operator – Dental Manufacturing

38-hour working week over four days (Monday to Thursday 7.30am-5.30pm)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our dental manufacturing team at Associated Dental Products Ltd, a family-run business, based in Purton, Swindon.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a British manufacturer and developer of high-quality consumable dental products, with a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce batches of dental materials, including wax, prophylaxis paste, impression compound, and other products.
Follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions accurately.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the production area.
Ensure products are manufactured to quality and safety standards.
Complete production records and documentation as required.
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Requirements:

Good attention to detail.
Ability to follow written procedures and instructions.
Strong commitment to cleanliness, organisation, and quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential.

Personal Attributes:

Clean and tidy working habits.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
