The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a specialist recruitment desk, with the chance to develop your own client base and reputation.

Trades & Labour – Support active construction sites with workforce solutions

Mechanical & Electrical – Work across Electrical & Plumbing sectors (temp & perm)

White Collar – Place professional and senior-level candidates

What You’ll Be Doing

Building relationships with clients and candidates

Identifying and winning new business opportunities

Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

Working towards clear targets and achievable goals
