The Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to engage with existing, dormant, and prospective customers through telephone and digital communication. In this role, you will identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions from PSC Global's portfolio, and build strong relationships to drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, quotation management, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistent achievement of call-rate, prospecting, productivity, sales and margin targets.

Effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and smooth order fulfilment.

Customer Engagement & Sales Execution

Proactively follow up on all quotations to drive conversion, identify needs and maximise sales opportunities.

Re-engage existing, inactive and dormant customers to strengthen relationships and introduce additional PSC Global products and services.

Conduct outbound prospecting calls to develop new relationships at all organisational levels and identify purchasing decision-makers.

Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions using PSC Global’s supply-chain, manufacturing and value-added service offerings.

Present a compelling value proposition and close deals to achieve or exceed sales and margin targets.
Territory & Pipeline Management

Develop and execute a territory sales plan by segmenting markets, targeting accounts, identifying competitor opportunities and assessing at-risk accounts.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, calls, quotes and outcomes using CRM tools and MS Office.

Improve customer contact efficiency while achieving call-rate, productivity and follow-up benchmarks.
Customer Relationship Management

Deliver timely follow-up on enquiries, quotes, complaints and feedback to maintain strong relationships and build customer intimacy.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand PSC Global’s footprint within each account.

Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders including outside sales, operations, logistics, production and leadership to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Team & Business Support

Support sales campaigns, promotions, product launches and lead-generation initiatives.

Attend sales meetings, conferences, exhibitions and product training sessions as required.

Continuously develop technical knowledge of PSC Global’s product and service portfolio to provide expert guidance.
Marketing Management
- Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Create and schedule content for social media, customer and internal email newsletters and company websites.
- Support with market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Develop credible customer/program-based market capture plans with specific objectives and milestones for the targeting and securing new work packages for PSC Global, from both existing and new customers based in primarily UK & EMEA
