Full job description

We are seeking a Guest Service Associate where this role will have you working between Reception and F&B (Breakfast & Dinner Shift along with BAR) as if when required, Guest check in's at reception, Serving drinks at the bar, Serving meal in the restaurant and check out's at reception ensuring that the guest has the best experience.

Preferably the right candidate will have previous experience in the above but this is essential.

Duties on Reception:

Prepairing reception to be ready for check in, taking payments via debit/credit card, dealing with guest enquiries during their stay, checking guests out and ensuring they enjoyed their stay, the use of our PMS software OPERA Cloud.

Duties in Food & Beverage:

Serving guests breakfast via our breakfast buffet, setting up of the restaurant depending on the amount of guests required, cleaning of the restaurant to a high standard, Serving alcohol at the bar, The use of our POS and Taking dinner orders, co-ordinating with kitchen.

This role is between 20-30 hours a week and is monthly paid.

Pay: £12.75-£13.00 per hour
