You will be working on a variety of legacy aerospace projects of a multidisciplinary nature & activities covering Design, Production & Maintenance of Aircraft, Aero-Engines & Systems, from the golden age of flight and shortly beyond the end of the Second World War.

This role would suit a motivated, experienced Administration Assistant with a real passion for engineering. Relevant interests alongside could include any form of transportation, propulsion systems, vehicle maintenance, historical engineering etc.

Job Purpose

To provide efficient administrative and organizational support to the design project manager & Design organisation to facilitate communication, maintain project documentation, and supporting the creative workflow.

Key Responsibilities

· Monitoring, tracking, and chasing timesheet submissions

· Monitoring Shifts change requests

· Monitoring the shared mailbox

· Triaging and responding to general queries from internal departments and external customers

· Preparing internal and external communications

· Work order consolidation and coordination

· Tracking and reconciling document approvals

· Updating project trackers and progress reports

· Assist in preparing and submitting documents to customers

· Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and action trackers

· Supporting customer updates and status reporting

· Maintaining accurate records, logs, and databases

· Assisting with producing regular reports

· Maintaining filing systems

· Assisting with audits and quality reviews

· Supporting implementation of new tools or workflows
