About the role

Balfour Beatty’s Power Transmission & Distribution team is looking for a Project Administrator to join our team supporting the EGL2 project in Market Weighton, YO43 4NQ. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major infrastructure project, providing essential administrative and coordination support over a four-year period as we deliver critical work for the UK’s energy network.

What you'll be doing

Managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering enquiries, taking messages, and handling incoming deliveries.
Booking conference and meeting rooms, both internally and externally.
Ordering stationery, office supplies, and general consumables.
Raising office requisitions and processing purchase requests.
Preparing, formatting, and processing reports or documentation to support project compliance.
Providing general administrative support such as minute‑taking, typing, photocopying, and scanning.
Assisting the Office Manager with ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Carrying out any other administrative duties needed across the project.
