We’re looking for a friendly, proactive and motivated Junior Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment team here at Keyline Care. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a supportive team.
You’ll play an important part in supporting the recruitment process and helping ensure a smooth positive experience for all candidates, while learning about safer recruitment practices within a regulated care environment (CQC and Ofsted)
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is looking for full training, development opportunities, and a clear pathway into recruitment and HR.
Location: Head Office (Hucknall)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £27,040 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

What We’re Looking For
· No recruitment experience required – full training will be provided
· Some administrative experience is desirable, but not essential
· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
· Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
What You’ll Be Doing
· Supporting the recruitment process from advert to appointment
· Assisting with managing job applications
· Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
· Maintaining accurate records on recruitment trackers and systems
· Preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation in line with safer recruitment standards
· Responding to basic recruitment-related queries
· Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team
· Learning and developing recruitment and HR knowledge on the job
