A Manifest Creative Director

You lead the agency’s culture of channel-agnostic creativity - devising, developing and delivering thought-provoking,

inspiring and rebellious strategies that challenge the norm and result in campaigns that change the world.

How does this role support Manifest with its mission?

Where does this role sit within the agency?

The Creative Director heads up the UK Creative element of the business, bridging the gap between Insights/Strategy and Creative Production. You will oversee work throughout the entire creative process, being informed and consulted on the Insights and Strategy phase, before being a lead player in turning that strategy into creative ideas that drive change. Once an idea has been signed off, you’ll work alongside, input and provide sign off for the creative production team to ensure the campaign comes to life with creative integrity and a high quality expected across all Manifest work.

You will also work with client service and project management teams to ensure project timelines are realistic and will produce the best work in the appropriate time, as well as pre-empting and informing the client service team if they need to manage the client to adjust deadlines.

Setting and executing a clear creative vision for the UK business that’a aligned with our proposition

As a creative leader, you'll actively cultivate an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all voices are heard, ensuring equitable growth opportunities for every team members

Be the custodian of Manifest’s Bold, Beautiful & Brilliant philosophy in everyday campaign work

Become recognised as an industry leader in unified creativity

Ensure agency-wide respect for the creative process and its fundamental role in the success of both our business, and those of our customers

Provide senior strategic counsel to all clients in the fields of brand strategy and creative communications

Measure and report on agency creative performance in Executive Committee (ExCo) meetings

Act as a CMO for Manifest itself, helping us to ‘live the brief’ with our own communications and establish the agency as a ‘brand that changes the world’ in its own right

Honour and maintain Manifest’s creative manifesto to provide guiding principles for our approach to communications

Work with the Group CEO/CCO to establish group-wide processes that ensure creative consistency across the globe
