Full job description

Part-Time Marketing & Office Administrator

Location: South Woodford, London
Hours: 25–30 hours per week (primarily office-based)

Fingdom Financial Consultants, a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants based in South Woodford, London, is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile professional to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

This is a varied role that combines marketing, client relationship management, and office administration responsibilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the firm's social media presence and advertising campaigns.
Assist in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and provide input on marketing strategies, including SEO, website management and development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients.
Perform general office administration and secretarial duties.
Support business development, sales, and promotional activities.
Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.

As a small and growing business, the role may evolve over time, but responsibilities will remain within the areas outlined above.

Requirements

Excellent IT skills and proficiency with website development and social media marketing.
Experience in marketing, sales, administration, or client relationship management.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Salary

Salary will be dependent on experience, skills, and flexibility regarding working hours.

Please note: This position does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
