About Us

At Tuition Republic, we support students aged 5–16 with Maths, English, and Science tuition. Our goal is to provide a positive and structured learning environment where students grow in confidence, improve their skills, and achieve their academic goals.

About the Role

We're currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. You'll help us reach more families across the local community by creating engaging content, managing our social media, and supporting day-to-day marketing activity.

This is a great opportunity for someone working towards a marketing-related qualification who wants hands-on experience in a real, growing business. Whether you're at college, sixth form, or university, we're looking for someone creative, organised, and reliable.

What We're Looking For

Currently working towards a marketing-related qualification (e.g. Marketing, Business, Media, or Communications)
Confident creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
A good eye for design — experience with Canva or similar tools is desirable
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Friendly, approachable, and full of ideas
Punctual, organised, and able to work independently
Able to commute to E17 5DP within 30 minutes

Pay Structure

We offer competitive hourly rates based on age:

Under 18s: £8 per hour
Aged 18–20: £10.85 per hour
Aged 21+: £12.71 per hour

All pay is above national minimum wage. Rates may vary slightly based on qualifications and experience.
