About Us

Under My Wing Care & Support is a growing Home Support care company based in Bourne, We're a family-run business with a strong team culture, and we're looking for an organised, reliable Account Administrator to join our office team.

Previous experience in health and social care is preferred and a knowledge of the Xero accounting software is essential for this role.

You will be working alongside our Directors.

A brief description of duties would include:

Xero Bookkeeping - Processing sales invoices, purchase invoices, bank reconciliations, and day-to-day Xero tasks
Payroll Support - Liaising with our payroll provider, checking staff hours/rotas and helping with payroll queries.
Credit Control - Chasing clieant payments, managing client accounts, and keeping records up to date
General office admin - Supporting the wider team with filing, date entry, and other admin tasks as needed

Must have

Proven experience using Xero - this is essential
Strong Excel/Google sheets skills for reports andtracking
Experience with payroll processes or working alongside a payroll provider
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Professional phone manner for dealing with clieants and suppliers
Able to work from our Bourne Office - THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE.

Ideally, you will be computer literate with experience of using the accounts software Xero and have a background knowledge within health and social care.
