Job Overview
We are looking for a conscientious administrator to work in our general advice team. Someone who understands how vital administrative tasks are to a well-functioning, smooth running organisation/service.

You’ll have a keen attention to detail and the knowledge/experience of maintaining up to date, accurate records across multiple platforms, and providing essential administrative support. 

The successful candidate will have first rate communication skills and will provide high quality support ensuring an effective and efficient operation of our admin function within the organisation.

You will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient reception service both in person and for our email advice request service.

You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and have good time management skills. You'll be able to work independently but collaboratively, being proactive and showing initiative is also essential for this role. 

Location: Somerset – allocated main office location (Taunton, Bridgwater or Yeovil)

with occasional home working.
