Summary

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based at our store location, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our innovative footwear products. Your contribution will help us continue to listen, adapt, and innovate for our valued customers.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and advice to help customers find the perfect fit.
Promote and sell our footwear using excellent sales techniques.
Maintain store presentation and ensure stock levels are managed effectively.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Stay informed about new products and company initiatives.
Support digital engagement initiatives by guiding customers through app features when appropriate.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or retail sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Basic IT skills to assist with digital tools.
Enthusiasm for footwear or fashion industry is a plus.
B2B sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
Valid driving license preferred for store coverage.
