About the Role

We are looking to recruit a full-time Finance Administrator to join our fast paced transactional team. The role will be responsible for providing customers with an excellent service. Key tasks will include completing daily purchase ledger processes, including supplier bacs runs, purchase card and expenses processing. Attention to detail is essential.

Hybrid working: Monday to Thursday in office, Friday work from home

About you

You will ideally be working in a similar finance back office environment and have direct purchase ledger experience. You will have:

Strong reconciliation skills, to investigate and clear debit balances and unallocated cash on the purchase ledger
Collation of BACS, to prepare all payment runs ensuring that supplier payment terms are met.
To process, high volume of invoices through the purchase order processing system.
To regularly reconcile supplier's statements to the supplier’s accounts held on the purchase ledger, liaising with the suppliers to ensure differences are accounted for.
Providing a high level of customer service when answering queries from suppliers and employees, giving instruction where necessary.
To investigate and clear debit balances and unallocated cash on the purchase ledger.
