Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join a cooperate childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting, supporting their development and well-being. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering a safe, nurturing environment for young learners. The position is paid and requires a proactive approach to managing daily activities, working closely with colleagues, children, and families.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's developmental milestones in line with early years frameworks.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and reporting.
Support children with their personal care needs in a respectful and caring manner.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations of the nursery.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation within the setting.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the nursery team through sharing best practices and participating in training sessions.
Assist with administrative tasks related to child records and compliance documentation as required.

Qualifications

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner).
Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
Strong management skills with the ability to organise activities efficiently.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate colleagues and support team development.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and childcare legislation.
Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between settings or community engagement activities.
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their early learning journey. This position is ideal for professionals committed to making a positive impact on young children's lives through dedicated care and education.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
