Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving and customer service, contributing to the smooth operation of our delivery services.

Duties

Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods to clients and customers.
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring punctuality.
Load and unload items with care, ensuring all deliveries are secure during transit.
Verify delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures upon receipt.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous manner during deliveries.

Qualifications

Experience as a delivery driver preferred but not essential.
Valid driving licence
Good organisational skills with the ability to plan routes effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards customers. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in their driving skills and delivering exceptional service while maintaining safety standards throughout their workday.
