Our products are used across Industrial, Transportation, and Multimedia sectors worldwide.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales, Logistics & Customer Service Administrator based in our Reading office. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in supporting customer order fulfilment, logistics coordination, and customer service.

This is a varied position involving order processing, data entry, goods in/out handling, liaising with logistics partners, and providing customer support. You will also assist with returns processing (RMA) and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach are essential.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Processing sales and purchase orders accurately
Receiving, checking, and dispatching goods
Coordinating with logistics providers for deliveries and imports
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing support to new and existing customers
Managing RMA (returns) processes and records
Maintaining accurate databases and documentation
Supporting general administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisation and time management skills
Ability to prioritise and work independently when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience in administration, logistics, customer service, or order processing is desirable
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
