We are searching for a dedicated and energetic candidate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.

You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

What you'll be doing, and who we're looking for:

You'll be constantly practising and fine tuning all areas of coffee and drink making whilst taking pride in every item you produce, whilst maintaining a fast pace.
Interact with both new and regular customers, welcoming them by determining their coffee interests and needs. Presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by following organisations standards and sanitation regulations.
Enhancing the coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
Contributing to a positive team environment and is a great team player who works well with others
A good communicator who is Keen to learn and progress
Comfortable with working busy shifts
Detailed-focused and passionate about product quality

Got experience in a customer service environment and coffee service industry? Brilliant. Even better is a desire to work hard, have fun and build your career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
