We are now seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our office. The role will also include providing light PA support to the Managing Director.

The Role
This is a varied and pivotal role within the business, combining office administration responsibilities with personal assistant support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments, meetings, and property viewings
- Providing direct PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management and scheduling
- Supporting general administrative functions across both sales and lettings
- Preparing documents, updating records, and maintaining accurate systems and databases
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and helping to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office coordination and administration
- Maintaining a professional, organised, and efficient office environment
- Accompanying occasional property viewings when required
Property & Marketing Support
In addition to the core administrative responsibilities, you will play an important role in supporting the preparation and presentation of new property instructions.
This will include:
- Assisting with property take-ons and ensuring all property information is accurately recorded
- Coordinating photography, floorplans, EPCs, and marketing materials
- Supporting the preparation of properties for launch to the market
- Uploading and maintaining property listings across relevant platforms
- Ensuring all marketing materials and property listings are presented to a consistently high standard
An interest in property, interiors, presentation, photography, or marketing would be highly advantageous and will help you excel in this aspect of the role.

Previous experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, retail, or office-based roles would be advantageous but is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Working Pattern & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position based in our office
- Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month on a rota basis
- When working a Saturday, a weekday will be provided in lieu, ensuring a five-day working week
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
