What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver sustainable, compliant, and safe project solutions from start to finish.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, ensuring right-first-time delivery.
- Monitor project compliance, keeping comprehensive records and documentation.
- Set and drive programme and cost efficiency, making a meaningful impact on each project.
- Foster a positive team environment, helping every team member succeed.
Who we're looking for
- An HNC/HND/Degree in electrical/Civil or Engineering disciplines or relevant site experience in Utilities/Construction.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex challenges.
- Strong people management and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercial awareness with a sound grasp of budgeting and financial control.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and a full UK driving licence.
