Job Summary

Wood Leisure have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Human Resources team based in Callander Woods Holiday Park, Stirlingshire FK17 8LE with occasional travel to Blairgowrie Head Office, PH10 7AL.

Wood Leisure operates six Holiday Parks across Scotland offering self-catering accommodation, holiday home ownership as well as touring pitches, offering a great Scottish holiday environment for families and friends to enjoy. As our Administrator, you will be an essential part of the HR team, providing administrative support across various HR functions with accuracy and discretion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator in while making meaningful contributions to our team’s success.

Applicants should have experience working in a fast-paced office, handling data entry, responding to queries, and managing multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines simultaneously. Travel across all parks will be necessary to provide support to HR Manager, strengthen relationships across teams and support with onboarding (paid mileage and travel time). This role requires some weekend working which is in line with the hospitality industry and nature of the business and would be ideally suited to candidates that can be flexible in their working days.

Required:

Strong communication skills
Professional, confidential, with a friendly, helpful attitude.
Strong organisational and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to work autonomously knowing what to prioritise.
Competent in MS Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
High level of attention to detail to produce accurate work and numeracy.
Ability to multitask and manage with changing priorities.
Flexibility (in terms of approach to work, working hours, scope and role).
Must have a Full UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration of Employee Information: all general administration of HR forms, policies and procedures to ensure full end to end maintain accurate and up to date employee records. Update personal information, employment training records.

Recruitment Administrative Support: Support the job vacancies throughout the recruitment process, organising and preparing job offers and contracts, and coordinating induction days. Support the recruitment and retention strategy ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience from onboarding onward.

Pay: £13.45-£13.70 per hour
