We are seeking a self-employed Eyelash Technician to work remotely or on a mobile basis. This flexible role allows you to provide specialised eyelash extension services directly to clients in their homes or your home salon. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty treatments, possess excellent customer service skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality results. This position offers the opportunity to build your own client base while working independently, with the convenience of setting your own hours and location.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extension applications tailored to individual client preferences and eye shapes
- Provide personalised consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable lash styles
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in all treatments, adhering to industry regulations
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communication efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments
Requirements
- At least 1 year's proven experience in eyelash extension techniques including lash lifts & tints, Classic Individual Eyelash Extensions, Hybrid Eyelash Extensions, Russian Volume Eyelash Extensions, Mega Volume Eyelash Extensions, removals and infills.
- Candidate must have ability to adapt their work to different humidity & temperature levels for optimised eyelash extension retention
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage appointments independently
- Ability to work remotely within your home salon or travel within designated areas as required
- Full UK driving licence for mobile candidates
- Mobile candidates must be prepared for travel to anywhere in Devon. Mobile fees are billed to clients at £5 in Exeter plus any additional mileage travelling further
- Must be self-employed with appropriate licences or certifications for eyelash extension services, and public liability insurance
- A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Pay: £20.00 per hour
