Full job description

Opportunity to be part of our team at Newcastle Advanced Dentistry, working at our Great Park Clinic. Interacting with patients, responsible for managing enquiries, general administrative duties and any additional ad-hoc requirements.

Newcastle Advanced Dentistry offers a team driven working environment with an emphasis on regular training for its employees.

The position requires a confident, friendly, motivated, and enthusiastic individual. Ideally someone with excellent communication skills with a minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English and computer literate, confident in replying to emails in a professional manner.

Easily accessible from the A1.

If you are interested in this amazing opportunity, you will be required to submit your CV. Additional interview stages will be required following successful application.

The main role and responsibilities will include

Meeting and greeting patients, providing an excellent first impression
Assisting with telephone and email enquiries
Booking/amending appointments
Taking payments
Carrying out requests from management as needed
Other reception/admin duties

Requirements

Computer literate
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of GDPR
Previous reception, administrative and front of house experience is essential
Must have a minimum of GCSE grade C/equivalent in English and Maths

Job Types: Permanent

Hours will be covered across Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
