Projects Developer Role
Looking for a role where you can solve real problems, learn new skills and see the direct impact of your work? If so, join our growing team as a Projects Developer.

What you'll be doing
As a Projects Developer, you'll customise, improve and extend our web applications used by thousands of people every day. Working from a brief outline, you'll research practical solutions, adapt existing functionality and develop new features to meet the unique needs of our schools. You'll work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and see the direct impact of your work.

Sequential provides software and services to schools across the UK. Educationalists at heart, we build practical, innovative solutions that reduce administrative workload, saving staff time and effort so they can focus on delivering the best outcomes for their pupils.

Who we’re looking for
Someone with a keen developer mind, keen to learn, a problem solver. You’ll have a strong work ethic, high standard for accuracy and a get it done attitude. You'll have a professional demeanour , work well with others and have strong communication skills. You'll be able to adapt in the face of changing needs and challenges.

This role is as much about the person as it is about the work; so if you're happiest working entirely independently, struggle to accept alternative viewpoints, or believe business is a byword for greed, then this role may not be for you but we appreciate you reading this far.

Hours & pay
- Full-time: 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, half-hour lunch break.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Salary: £28,000–£37,500 per annum, depending on experience and skills.
- 36 holiday days inc bank holidays.
- Benefits: Pension, free on-site parking.
