Job Overview

Full-Time Baker

Trevathan Farm Shop

Trevathan Farm Shop is looking for a passionate and reliable full-time baker to join our team year-round. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, well-loved farm shop producing high-quality baked goods.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of products to a high standard, working both independently and alongside our Head Baker.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods
Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
Managing your own workload efficiently when working alone
Supporting the Head Baker and collaborating as part of the team
Ensuring cleanliness and food hygiene standards are always met

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a professional baking environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Good time management and organisational skills

Working Hours

Full-time, year-round position
Earliest start time: 7:00 AM
Every Sunday off

Pay

Competitive salary, dependent on experience
