Job Title: Graduate Teacher of Maths
Location: Bognor Regis
Working Pattern: Full Time
Contract: Permanent / Fixed-Term (School Dependent)

Overview

Pink Tile Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Bognor Regis to recruit a Graduate Teacher of Mathematics for a September start.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about Mathematics and eager to inspire young people. You'll join a dedicated team who believe in the value of education and are passionate about helping every student achieve their potential.

Role Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement.
Build positive relationships with students and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Foster curiosity, problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and engagement within Mathematics.
Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Engage with ongoing professional development opportunities.
Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about inspiring and supporting young people aged 11–18.
Committed to helping students develop confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
Motivated to develop their teaching practice and progress within the profession.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work collaboratively and build positive relationships.
Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.

Essential Requirements

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English Language and Mathematics.
A-Level grades with a combined minimum of BCC, including at least a Grade B in Mathematics.
A 2:2 degree or above in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Previous experience working with young people in an educational, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or similar setting is desirable.
