OWNER VAN DRIVERS PREFERRED | DELIVERY DRIVERS REQUIRED

Swindon & Oxford Depots | Full-Time | Permanent Routes | Immediate Starts Available

Locations:

Swindon (SN3 5FB)
Oxford (OX14 1AU)

Join a fast-growing delivery operation offering consistent full-time work, established routes, and excellent earning potential across both locations.

We are primarily looking for Owner Drivers with their own MWB/LWB vans. However, experienced multi-drop delivery drivers from DHL, DPD, FedEx, Amazon or similar courier networks are also encouraged to apply.

Rates of Pay

Owner Drivers (Preferred): £160 - £180 per day
Company Van Drivers: £100 - £120 per day
Rates dependent on route and experience

What We Offer

Guaranteed Monday to Friday work (5 days per week)
Permanent, full-time routes
Consistent route and delivery area
Dedicated loading bay each day
Fixed start time each day
Assigned scanner and equipment
Established routes with regular customers and familiar postcode areas
Additional earning opportunities through collections and extra stops
Comprehensive training and ongoing support

This role is ideal for drivers who value consistency, routine and stability. Once established on a route, you’ll benefit from working the same area each day, allowing you to build familiarity with customers, postcodes and delivery locations.

The Role

Multi-drop parcel deliveries and collections
Typically 90+ deliveries per day, plus collections
Local designated route areas within SN and OX postcodes
Handling parcels up to 25kg
Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

Reliable, professional and motivated
Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred (DHL, DPD, FedEx, Amazon or similar)
Knowledge of SN and/or OX postcode areas advantageous but not essential
Owner drivers must have a suitable MWB van as a minimum (LWB preferred) and appropriate Hire & Reward insurance
Company van drivers must have their own transport to and from the depot

Payment Information

Payments are made monthly on the 9th of each month for all work completed during the previous calendar month.
