Join Our Team: Experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer

We are a premier automotive detailing and protection specialist dedicated to preserving and enhancing the world’s most exclusive vehicles. We are looking for a highly skilled, meticulous, and experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our dedicated team. If you have an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for flawless automotive craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for the precise application of Paint Protection Film to high-end and luxury vehicles, ensuring a perfect, virtually invisible finish that exceeds our stringent quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Flawless PPF Installation: Accurately measure, plot, cut, and expertly apply PPF to various vehicle surfaces (full wraps, custom kits, panels) to achieve a seamless, bubble-free, and contaminant-free finish.
Vehicle Preparation: Meticulously clean and prepare vehicle surfaces, including paint correction/decontamination as needed, to ensure optimal film adhesion and a perfect canvas.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough pre- and post-installation inspections to guarantee all installations meet our industry-leading quality benchmarks (no silvering, stretch marks, or misalignment).
Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate computer-cutting systems (e.g., plotters) to generate precise film templates.
Tool & Workspace Management: Maintain all installation tools and equipment in excellent condition and ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
Client Interaction: Professionally communicate with clients to explain the installation process, discuss product options, and provide aftercare instructions.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other detailing and tinting specialists to maintain a smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of [Specify Years, e.g., 2+ years] of professional, hands-on experience as a PPF installer, preferably working with high-end or luxury vehicles.
Precision and Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and superior hand-eye coordination are non-negotiable.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of various PPF brands, film characteristics, application techniques, and common paint defects.
Work Ethic: Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently to manage time and complete jobs in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality.
Communication: Good verbal communication skills for team collaboration and professional customer interactions.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
Licence: Not essential but would be very beneficial.

Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications

Certification in PPF installation from a recognized film manufacturer.
Experience with vinyl vehicle wrapping, window tinting, or ceramic coating application.
