Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant to join our team at www.twobrothersgardening.com. This role is ideal for someone interested in gardening and involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficient computer abilities, and excellent communication skills. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop professional experience within a dynamic organisation.

Duties

Handle all work scheduling requests
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and WhatsApp’s
Data entry and maintaining accurate records using Google Workspace tools
Organising files, documents, and office supplies to ensure efficient workflow
Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
ordering of materials and handling delivery schedule
Supporting administrative tasks such as preparing reports, invoices, and presentations using Xero and other software

Qualifications

Ideally have a strong interest in Previous office experience or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
