Job Description

Active8 Communities is seeking a Part time Lettings Assistant to join our dynamic team in Leighton Buzzard. As a Lettings Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver outstanding customer experience for hirers of the school sports facilities

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be the lettings host at the facilities to various groups and individuals. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to all customers

Hours:

Shifts will fall between these hours; and you can select your availability each month in terms of shifts you are available for

Weekdays 4.30pm - 10.15pm / Weekends 8.00am - 6.00pm

Duties:
- Ensure all customers receive a positive experience.
- Communicate effectively with hirers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in setting up and preparing facilities for hirers, including equipment and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of hirers attendance.
- Address any inquiries or issues related to facility rentals promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the facilities are well-maintained and ready for use at all times. Litter picks, empty bins, check playing surfaces, sweep indoor courts so venue is left how it's found.

- Complete helath and safety checks throughout the shift
- Unlock entrance gates and facility doors, at the end of shift secure the facility with locking of doors, entrance gates and alarming the facility

Requirements:
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of clients
- Previous experience in this type of role is advantageous.
