Job Summary
Spa Therapist – The Club & Spa

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at The Club & Spa. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury environment.

About the Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments while ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable visit. You will play a key role in maintaining the standards and reputation of The Club & Spa.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies
Conduct client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience
Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits

Requirements

Level 2 and 3 NVQ qualification in beauty
Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
Strong knowledge of a range of treatments and techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
