Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Pilates classes using reformer equipment, tailored to clients of varying fitness levels. This role offers an excellent opportunity to inspire clients on their fitness journey while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Duties

Lead Reformer Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
Design customised workout programmes to meet individual client needs and goals
Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications for different ability levels
Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance performance
Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, including equipment setup and sanitisation
Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, preferably specialising in Pilates or similar disciplines
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate instructions clearly and effectively
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy relevant to Pilates exercises and injury prevention
Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with clients and motivate them towards their fitness goals
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple classes simultaneously
Passionate about health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their personal best

This role is ideal for dedicated fitness professionals committed to delivering high-quality instruction in a supportive environment. Applicants should possess a genuine enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing through Pilates.

Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
