We have a fantastic opportunity in our Finance team! As our Head of Contracts, you will be responsible for all aspects of contracting for Sirona and will lead the small contracting department to ensure all aspects of contract management are effective
This is a key corporate post, working closely with senior managers and ensuring we have appropriate contracts in place to support all income. You will also lead on issuing tenders for the company where we procure goods and services.
To be responsible for ensuring that all income contracts within Sirona have correct legal documentation drawn up against them, and that finance colleagues are informed of the correct payments against them.
To ensure that all contracts are in place to reflect income received.
Provide professional guidance and supervision to members of Sirona as required.
To plan and organise own work schedule to ensure that activities are completed within agreed timescales to deliver an effective and efficient service.
Engage with senior managers, appropriate clinicians and finance staff in regular internal contract review meetings
Adhere to, and contribute to the development of, a process and timetable for contract monitoring and performance management
To manage the day-to-day relationships and communication with a range of commissioners and providers, and initiate formal review meetings to ensure that all contractual issues are raised and resolved promptly and effectively.
