Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing and developing young children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Duties

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to support their development.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build positive relationships.
Manage daily routines including meal times, nap times, and play activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
Help encourage and promote inclusivity and diversity within the nursery setting.

Skills

Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to be able to write reports and observations
Ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues alike.
A nurturing attitude combined with patience and enthusiasm for working with young children.
