Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar & Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and working efficiently during busy periods. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All staff members will be paid for their work and play a vital part in creating a positive environment for our patrons.

Responsibilities

Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly to guests
Provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas
Check identification to verify legal drinking age where applicable
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and preparing the venue for service
Follow food safety standards and health regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or restaurant roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
A professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required by the venue
