Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner or Housekeeper to join our team at Avoca Construction Ltd in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our properties and facilities, supporting our mission to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all company sites and facilities.
Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines.
Support the team with additional maintenance tasks as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to uphold a clean and safe working environment.
Manage cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Laundry and house keeping duties
Qualifications
Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
Good communication skills.
