Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Front of House & Barista Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a growing padel community.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and providing a positive first impression.
Assisting customers with court enquiries.
Preparing and serving a range of food and drink to a high standard.
Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
Operating the till and handling payments accurately.Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café, seating areas, and reception.
Assisting with stock management and replenishment.
Supporting events, coaching sessions, and tournaments when required.
Ensuring all customers receive outstanding service throughout their visit.

What We're Looking For

A positive and friendly attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous barista or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
A passion for coffee and padel is a bonus.

Hours

Flexible shifts available.

Contracts available from 8+ hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.

Pay: £22,568.00-£26,437.00 per year
