At Life Couriers, we're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR/ Payroll Administrator to join our growing HR team.

What you'll be doing
As our HR Administrator, you'll be involved in every stage of the employee journey, helping ensure our people receive an excellent experience from recruitment through to leaving the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing monthly payroll using HR Healthbox
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Producing contracts, offer letters and employment documentation
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and right to work checks
- Managing sickness, absence and holiday records
- Responding to employee and manager HR queries
- Producing payroll and HR reports
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvements across the department
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or Payroll position
- Experience processing payroll using HR Healthbox or another HRIS/payroll system
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- The ability to work confidentially and professionally
- A positive, can-do attitude
It would be great if you also have:
- Level 3 CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience within logistics, transport, warehousing or manufacturing
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Experience producing HR reports and analysing HR data
