What You'll Do:

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages promptly to tables.
Offer recommendations on menu items and upsell specials.
Address any guest concerns or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.
Keep dining areas clean and organized.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks.
Strong upselling abilities to boost sales.
Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines.
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
