Your mission will be to help us build a sector leading squad of high performing Fundraisers, who have the ability and skills to work in any environment, on any campaign and consistently push the boundaries of what is possible within face to face.
Not only will you be establishing the ‘Special Forces of Fundraising’ but you will also be at the heart of our Innovation work, where we will be testing and learning multiple new acquisition approaches.

Your Responsibilities
Team Ownership & Development
- Build your own face to face fundraising teams across London Door to Door and Private sites
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing team members, with high levels of support centrally to achieve this
- Provide on the ground leadership and maintain a strong field presence throughout the working week, with a view to spending 80% of your week in the field and to be actively Fundraising
- Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performance culture within regional teams, with a ‘control the controllables’ mindset
Performance & Innovation
- Be responsible for your regional performance targets across acquisition, quality and retention metrics
- Ensure consistent delivery of KPIs across all teams and locations
- Analyse daily/weekly data to identify and act on trends, risks and opportunities
- Implement performance improvement plans and coaching interventions
- Test and implement innovative ideas that improve fundraising performance and ROI
Operations, Standards & Compliance
- Oversee all operational processes related to field activities and site management, with support from a central hub to achieve this
- Ensure all field activity consistently meets compliance, quality and brand standards
- Ensure HR and Sector compliance processes are completed effectively, including contracts, starter documentation, IDs, and onboarding procedures
Growth & Expansion
- Year 1; Establish a strong operational presence within the assigned region
- Year 1-2 onwards: Support the launch and development of secondary regions or expansion into new cities and territories
- · Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and operational innovation, to help identify opportunities to improve performance, fundraising outcomes, and team productivity
What You’ll Bring
- Senior leadership experience within face-to-face fundraising, field sales, or a similar sales environment.
- Strong understanding of face-to-face operations, particularly door to door and private site campaigns.
- Proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and field team development.
